Terms of use
The rules for using this website and what it does and does not do.
Last updated: October 9, 2026
These terms apply to your use of the SAY Immigration website. By using it, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. Information only, not advice
The content on this website is general information about Canadian immigration. It is not legal advice and it is not a recommendation for your case. Rules, fees and processing times change often, so please confirm current requirements with us or with IRCC before you act.
2. No consultant-client relationship by using the site
Visiting this website, sending a form or an email, or completing the assessment does not make you a client. A consultant-client relationship starts only when you and SAY Immigration both sign a written service agreement. That agreement, not this page, governs our services and fees.
3. No guarantee of results
Immigration decisions are made by IRCC and other authorities, not by us. We cannot guarantee that any application will be approved, or how long it will take. Any estimate we give is an opinion based on the information you provided.
4. Fees
Fees shown on this website are starting prices for information only. Your final fixed fee is confirmed in writing before work begins. Government fees, medical exams, language tests, translations and similar costs are separate.
5. Your use of the site and forms
- Use the site only for lawful purposes.
- Give accurate information in forms. We rely on it to assess your situation.
- Do not send spam, malware or anything that harms the site or other people, and do not try to gain unauthorized access.
- Do not impersonate another person.
6. Reviews and content you send
If you send a review, you confirm it is truthful and based on your own experience. You allow us to publish it on this website with the name option you chose. You can ask us to remove it at any time.
7. Intellectual property and College marks
The text, design and other content of this website belong to SAY Immigration or its licensors and are protected by law. You may view and print pages for your own personal use.
The RCIC insignia and the titles “RCIC” and “Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant” are trade-marks owned by the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants and are used under licence. You may not copy or use them.
8. Links to other sites
We link to government and third-party sites for your convenience. We do not control them, do not endorse everything on them, and are not responsible for them. SAY Immigration is not affiliated with the Government of Canada.
9. Disclaimer
We work to keep this website accurate and available, but we provide it “as is” and “as available” and do not promise that it will be error-free or uninterrupted.
10. Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, SAY Immigration is not responsible for losses that result from your use of this website or from relying on its general information. This does not limit any responsibility we have to you under a signed service agreement or under law that cannot be limited.
11. Suspension
We may restrict or block access to the website if someone breaks these terms or misuses the site.
12. Concerns and complaints
If you have a concern about our services, please tell us at info@sayimmigration.com so we can address it. You may also contact the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants, which regulates licensed immigration consultants.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Courts in Ontario have jurisdiction over any dispute, unless the law gives you the right to go elsewhere.
14. Changes
We may update these terms. The version posted here, with its date, applies from the date it is posted.
